Privacy Policy
Last modified: July 17, 2026
Introduction
Booking Bellhop(“Company,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide, when you visit bookingbellhop.com (our “Website”) and use Booking Bellhop, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
Please read this policy carefully. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time; your continued use of the Website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check periodically for updates.
Children Under the Age of 18
Booking Bellhop is designed for those 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will use reasonable efforts to locate and delete it from our records.
Information We Collect About You
We collect the following types of information from and about users of our Website:
- Account information — your email address (used to sign you in and to send you the alerts you request), and, if you choose to provide them, your name and phone number.
- Rate eligibilities you assert — for example, whether you are an Annual Passholder, Disney Vacation Club member, or Florida resident. You certify these, and we use them only to display the rates you may be eligible for. We do not verify them with Disney.
- Watch criteria — the resorts, room types, dates, party sizes, and stay lengths you choose to watch. On their own, these do not identify you.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. We retain limited billing records such as a customer identifier and your subscription status.
Information We Collect Automatically
As you navigate the Website, we may collect certain technical information automatically, including your IP address, device and browser type, and log data. We use this information to operate and secure the service — for example, to keep you signed in, to prevent abuse, and to rate-limit our free preview feature.
Cookies. We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in after you enter your one-time code. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party behavioral-advertising technologies. If you disable cookies in your browser, you may be unable to sign in.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and present the Website and its features.
- Email you one-time sign-in codes and the availability and price-drop alerts you request.
- Process payments and manage your subscription (through Stripe).
- Send you notices about your account and respond to your requests.
- Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights, including for billing and collection.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the service.
We do not use your information to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
How We Disclose Your Information
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information, which does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information:
- To service providers who support our business — including hosting, database, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and push-notification providers — who are bound to keep it confidential and use it only to provide services to us.
- To a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, sale, or other transfer of some or all of the Company's assets.
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, or to respond to a lawful government or regulatory request.
- To enforce our Terms of Service, including for billing and collection.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information, or with your consent.
Your Choices
- Alerts. You can pause a watch or turn its notifications off at any time, and adjust your email and push preferences, in Settings.
- Promotional email. If we send promotional messages, you can opt out via the unsubscribe link or in your profile. Essential service messages (such as sign-in codes and billing notices) are not promotional.
- Cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though you may then be unable to sign in.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and update your account information — including your name, phone number, and rate eligibilities — by signing in and visiting Settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us through our contact page.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Because Booking Bellhop uses passwordless sign-in, the security of your account depends in part on the security of your email account — please keep it secure and do not share your sign-in codes.
Unfortunately, no transmission of information over the internet is completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its security, and any transmission is at your own risk.
Cross-Border Transfers
Booking Bellhop is operated from the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States and may be subject to lawful requests by courts or law-enforcement authorities there.
California Residents
Certain California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding their personal information, including rights to know, access, and request deletion of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page.
EU and UK Residents
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, some of the information we collect may be “personal data” subject to additional protections under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We post any changes to this policy on this page, and the date it was last revised appears at the top. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, deliverable email address for you and for periodically reviewing this policy for changes.
