Frequently asked questions
Track Disney World resort availability and price drops.
How does Booking Bellhop work?
Booking Bellhop watches Walt Disney World resort rooms for you and notifies you the moment something changes — a sold-out room opening back up, or the nightly rate dropping. Just create a watch by choosing the resort, room type, dates, and party size you want, and we'll check Disney around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When we find an opening or a price drop that matches your watch, you get an instant email (and a push notification if you've installed the app). Follow the link to book or rebook on Disney's website.
How much does it cost?
Booking Bellhop offers two simple options:
- Single Watch Pass — a one-time purchase of $6.99 that watches one room for 90 days. Perfect for a single trip.
- Monthly plans — start at $9.99/mo (Basic, up to 3 active watches) or $19.99/mo (Pro, up to 10 active watches). Add, pause, or swap watches anytime. Subscriptions renew monthly and you can cancel whenever you like.
See full details on the pricing page.
What's the difference between watching availability and watching price drops?
Every watch does both. If your room type is sold out for your dates, we alert you when it opens back up. And if Disney releases a new discount that lowers the nightly rate on a room you're watching, we flag the drop so you can rebook and save — often hundreds of dollars on a stay.
When can I book a Disney World resort room?
You can reserve a Disney World resort room well in advance, but the most popular room types and dates sell out — and Disney only releases discounts for certain dates and resorts. If the room you want is unavailable, or you're hoping a promo brings the price down, create a watch and we'll notify you the moment things change.
Can you book or hold a room for me?
No. Booking Bellhop doesn't book or hold reservations on your behalf — we only notify you when an opening or price drop is found. You complete the booking yourself using your own Disney account.
Am I guaranteed a room?
No. We can't guarantee how long a room will stay available after we send an alert — another guest may book it before you do. But don't give up: Booking Bellhop keeps watching and will alert you again the next time an opening or drop is found, right up until your watch's end date.
I got an alert but couldn't book the room. Will I keep receiving alerts?
Yes. You'll keep getting a fresh notification each time a new opening or price drop is found for your watch, even if you've received one before.
How often will I receive notifications?
You'll be notified whenever we find a change that matches your watch — a date opening up or a meaningful rate drop. We won't spam you with the same unchanged result over and over; you hear from us when something actually changes.
How do I stop receiving alerts?
Once you've booked, you can pause a watch or turn its alerts off anytime from your watches list. You can also adjust your email and push preferences in Settings.
Do I need a password?
No — Booking Bellhop is passwordless. When you sign in, we email you a 6-digit code to enter, so there's no password to remember or reset. Just use the same email address each time.
Where can I find a receipt for my purchase?
You'll get an email receipt for every purchase. You can also view your payment history and download receipts anytime from Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing and cancel there. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
